Industries — B2B SaaS & Technology

More leads will not fix a message buyers do not understand.

SaaS and technology companies rarely have a demand problem in isolation. Usually it's the message, what happens to a lead after the demo request, or both — and more spend on the same channel just makes the wrong outcome happen faster.

What usually breaks

Four patterns I keep seeing

01

The page describes features. The buyer is looking for a problem solved.

Product pages written by the team that built the product tend to explain capability. Buyers arrive mid-problem and skim past anything that doesn't sound like their situation.

02

Search and paid run on separate keyword lists.

Content targets one set of terms, ads target another, and neither reinforces the other — so visibility grows without pipeline growing alongside it.

03

A demo books, then lives only in a rep's personal notes.

Without a routing and follow-up system, what happens after the calendar invite depends entirely on one person remembering to act.

04

Founders have real expertise and no consistent way to show it.

The insight exists in someone's head. It rarely makes it to LinkedIn or search in a form buyers actually encounter.

What I focus on

Six areas, worked together

Positioning

Getting the message to match what the product actually does, for the buyer who actually needs it.

Landing pages

Built around real buyer intent, not internal language about the product.

Search demand

Content and on-page structure built from the questions buyers are actually searching.

Paid acquisition

Campaign structure aligned to the same intent map as organic, not run as a separate effort.

Founder authority

Turning what a founder already knows into a consistent presence, without demanding hours of writing time.

Lead routing

Making sure a booked demo or a form fill goes somewhere specific, with a defined next step.

Questions

Common questions from SaaS teams

We already get a lot of traffic. Why isn't it converting?

Usually because the traffic and the page are answering different questions. High traffic with low conversion is one of the clearest signs of a message mismatch, not a volume problem.

Do you work with early-stage or pre-seed startups?

Yes, as long as there's a real product to position — the work leans harder on positioning and messaging when there isn't yet a track record of paying customers to draw on.

Can you just fix the landing page without touching positioning?

I can, but I'll tell you upfront if the page is a symptom of a positioning problem underneath it. A rewritten page on top of the wrong positioning tends not to hold.

Traffic numbers, conversion rates, what sales says about lead quality — the more specific, the better.
